Our new patent acoustic noise barrier is aluminum foam panel with punched holes, which is fireproof, ultralight, thermal insulation, anti-corrive, electromagnetic wave shielding, 100% eco-friendly & recyclable, etc.
Aluminum foam panel(AFP) is a new concept pure aluminum product. It is foamed in sponge shape after melting aluminum ingot with various chemical ingredients and has many pore cell inner structures. Aluminum foams have a porous structure that makes them excellent materials to absorb sound, impacts and vibrations.
In order to reach best sound absorption effect in outdoor, highway, railway, etc., we have developed a special processed AFP. We punch holes regularly on the AFP as a proportion of 3%. This special AFP has greatly improved sound absortion capacity.
Comparing to other acoustic barriers, our AFP has the following advantages:

Excellent sound absorption capacity -- it is permant acoustic material and the NRC can reach 60%~90%.

Anti-dampness/waterproof-- As our AFP is made of pure aluminum, it is anti-corrosive, antifade; the acoustic performance will not be affected after rain or dampness.

Fireproof-- pure aluminum material, the melting point is appox.780degrees.

Cost-effective-- using our AFP only can control the noise reduction, no need of other materials.Besides, we also can paint colors for decoration.
